Who are your monsters? My body if full of liquids, of organs, of breaths, of sighs, of terrifying and giant epulsions; Iam the biggest of the monsters, Always being with yourself, never let it go, it’s monsterous. Only death - another enourmous, hidden, treacherous monster always ready to ambush - will separate me from myself.
French Artist - partner of Christian Boltanski

“Vulnerability is so much greater in the world than in any art work that it is impossible today to create anything that is more obscene than reality.”
What is good and what is evil? good and evil are two invisible lovers; they are always part of us. It’s evil when I feel contempt, when I hate, when I am intolerant. IT’s good when I fac risks. Buts is through grudges, lies and egotism that I make my art. Artists are deceitful; they are liars; they are monsters.
